WildStone Wines is located in the southwest of West Australia in Ferguson Valley. This beautiful area is just 30kms southeast of Bunbury and 2 hours drive from Perth.
Ferguson Valley is an area dominated by the stunning landscape and spectacular scenery of the Darling Scarp. Small boutique wineries are becoming established in the area and exist side by side with the more traditional dairy and beef farming industries.
The climate of Ferguson Valley is similar to that of the mediterranean with cool wet winters and hot dry summers. The annual rainfall for this region can be in excess of 1000mm.
The soil of the Ferguson Valley area is made up of loamy soil over clay with an underlying base of granite and quartz.
As the area has become popular with tourists and local residents a number of tourist activities, restaurants and accommodation businesses are beginning to be established.
