- How do I become a member of the Cellar Circle? Simply download our membership form, fill in the details and either email or post it back to us.
- Are there any joining or membership fees? No. Membership to the Cellar Circle is absolutely FREE. There is NO JOINING FEE. The only requirement of belonging to the Cellar Circle is that you purchase a minimum of 1 CASE of wine in a year.
- What are the discounts I will receive on my wine?
The amount of discount you will receive as a member of the Cellar Circle will vary according to how much wine you request over a year.
The prices for wine as a member of the cellar circle are as follows:-
- One Case per year at $203.00 per case = $38.50 discount.
- Two Cases per year at $198.00 per case = $44.00 discount on every case
- Three Cases per year $192.00 per case = $50.00 discount on every purchase
- Four Cases per year $187.00 per case = $55.00 discount on every purchase
- Can I order any combination of wine in my case? Absolutely! Members of the Cellar Circle can receive any combination of wine in their order. You can receive 12 bottles of the same wine or any mix of wines to your requirement. And all at your personal discount rate.
- Can I change my order at any time? Yes. Provided you notify us before we send out your order you can change the combination of your mixed case anytime. You can phone or email us to notify us of your preferred case mix.
- Can I change or cancel my membership level at any time? Yes, of course. There are no penalties for either changing your membership or for cancelling your membership of the Cellar Circle. Just advise us by telephone or in writing and we will change or cancel your membership immediately no questions asked.
- How much does delivery cost? As a member of the Cellar Circle you will receive FREE DELIVERY for every case of wine you purchase from us. Including any runout specials. We send your wine by Australia Post Delivery Service absolutely FREE. This is a saving of up to $22 per case off our normal delivery fee.
- Where will my wine be delivered? We can deliver your wine order straight to your door. We use the Australia Post Wine delivery service who will deliver your wine anywhere in Australia.
- When will my wine be delivered? That's up to you. When you fill in the application form you get to choose the month's you receive your wine.
- How do I pay for my wine? That's easy. Simply supply us with your Visa or Mastercard details and we'll take care of the rest.
